Here's how to make your own shimmery liqueurs:

  • Flavored, colorful liqueur - so what we used below
  • Various Brew Glitter colors
  • Clear glass containers with lids

Match Up Your Colors

To keep your sparkly liqueur colorful long-term, it's important to use Brew Glitter® dusts & glitters that corresponds to the color of your liqueur. If you use Silver Brew Glitter® as an example, the silver color infuses into the liqueur and turns it a mottled, gray hue. You can shop around on our website until you find the perfect glitter colors to match your needs!

Here are the pairings the Brew Glitter® team used:

Mix It Up

Pour your favorite flavored liqueur into a clear glass bottle, add Brew Glitter and stir. It's important to use room temperature liqueur to ensure the glitter dust mixes easily and completely. Add a lid and store your new shimmery spirit at room temperature until ready to serve. Before serving, simply give it a shake to re-mix the Brew Glitter® and liquid.

Making multi-colored drinks is easy when you have the right tools at your disposal, and with Bakell Brew Glitter in your beverage creation arsenal, it's as easy as pie!

The basic ingredients for alcoholic cocktails normally include a type of spirit, a liqueur, fresh fruit, sugar, citrus, ice, juice and spices or bitters. These ingredients are then layered to achieve a beautifully balanced beverage that treads the fine line between sweet, sour, bitter and thirst-quenching.

The most popular spirits for the making of cocktails include rum, whisky, tequila, vodka, and gin. Liqueurs come in a wide array of colors and flavors, and the combination between these two liquids create a wide scope for experimentation that can be explored in many imaginative ways with the addition of fresh fruit, and other enhancers such as edible, FDA-approved, Halal-friendly glitter.

Naturally, it's also possible to make layered cocktails without an alcohol base. These are called mocktails and are exceedingly popular at daytime events, and occasions where children are present. Health-conscious individuals also often prefer to enjoy a beverage that does not contain any alcohol, and in cases like these it's a nice touch to add some glitter to make a more interesting drink that goes beyond a mere cola or juice.
