During Black Friday, Small Business Saturday & Cyber Monday sales events our warehouse will be working around the clock but processing and turnaround time will be longer than usual. Expect 3-4 day processing time + shipping time. No expedited processing exceptions will be made during the Holiday Sale rush.
When coupon codes are applied, the discount code will be applied to the regular retail price and/ or listed price on the website.
We have put extra measures in place to meet the high demand in orders. We'll be working around the clock to ensure orders are sent in a timely manner. However, there may be delay in dispatch times due to the volume of orders coming through.
