DISCOUNT POLICY
General Discounts
All promotional discounts, coupons, or special offers apply only to regular retail-priced products unless explicitly stated otherwise. Discounts cannot be combined with other offers, applied retroactively, or transferred between orders.

DISCOUNT CODES ON BULK, WHOLESALE & PRIVATE LABEL PRODUCTS
Brew Glitter® (www.brewglitter.com) offers one of the most inclusive bulk, wholesale, and private-label programs in the industry — featuring no minimum order quantity (MOQ) and direct-from-manufacturer pricing.

Our business-to-business pricing model provides wholesale and private-label partners with deeply discounted rates that typically range from 50% to 85% off MSRP retail, ensuring that all distributors, retailers, and brand partners receive the most competitive prices possible.

Accordingly, promotional discount codes, coupons, or special offers cannot be applied to any bulk, wholesale, or private-label products or orders for any reason. If a discount code is used on an order containing these product types, the discount will be removed and the order adjusted to reflect standard bulk, wholesale, or private-label pricing.

Brew Glitter® maintains a zero-tolerance policy for unauthorized coupon or discount code use on these order types. We reserve the right to remove any unauthorized discounts applied at checkout, cancel or modify the affected order, and refund or adjust payment accordingly. A member of our Sales Support Team will reach out directly to confirm any necessary adjustments.

HEAVY ORDERS (99+ LBS)
Promotional discount codes, coupons, or special offers cannot be applied to any order totaling 99 pounds (99+ lbs) or more — regardless of whether the order is retail, wholesale, or private label.

“Heavy-weight orders” are defined as any single order or combined shipment that meets or exceeds 99 lbs in total product weight, including case-packed items, pallet orders, or any order requiring freight shipping.

All wholesale, private-label, bulk, and/or heavy-weight orders already receive volume-based or freight-tier discounted pricing, reflective of savings from larger production runs. As such, these orders are not eligible for additional coupon-based discounts of any kind unless explicitly approved in writing by Brew Glitter’s Sales Department prior to checkout.

SHIPPING TIMELINES AND DELAYS
We work diligently to ship orders as quickly as possible. Our fulfillment and logistics teams collaborate daily with multiple carriers to process and ship orders in a timely manner.

However, due to production schedules, order volume, or seasonal demand, delays may occur. Brew Glitter® does not guarantee delivery dates, as final delivery is handled by third-party carriers such as UPS, USPS, DHL, FedEx, and Amazon Logistics. Once an order is handed off to a carrier, Brew Glitter® cannot be held responsible for transit delays or missed delivery windows.

FREE SHIPPING POLICY
Our “$75 Free Shipping” promotion applies only to orders shipped within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states) placed through www.brewglitter.com.

When utilizing free shipping, Brew Glitter® uses non-guaranteed ground shipping services. If you require expedited or time-sensitive delivery, please select a Priority or Express service at checkout.

Free shipping does not apply to any order that:
a) Weighs 99 lbs or more
b) Requires freight or pallet shipping due to size, weight, or volume
c) Involves custom, private label, or specialty project orders
d) Ships to international destinations

International customers are responsible for all freight and shipping charges, duties, and taxes.

Please note: Brew Glitter® has no control over carrier shipping rates, which are dictated by the carriers and broader logistics market. Rates are subject to change without notice.

PROMO CODE POLICY
To apply a discount, a valid promo code must be entered at checkout prior to completing your order. Promo codes cannot be applied after checkout or retroactively to previous orders.

Promotional codes are valid only on www.brewglitter.com and cannot be exchanged for cash or used on affiliate, partner, or third-party websites.

ONLINE OFFERS
All promotional campaigns, sales, and offers are valid exclusively through the website: www.brewglitter.com.We reserve the right to modify or terminate any promotion at any time.

FREE GIFT PROMOTIONS
Free gift promotions are limited to one (1) per customer and per order, provided the order meets the stated promotional criteria.

Any attempt to exceed promotional limits will result in order adjustment by our fulfillment team.

ORDERS
a) Prices and promotions are subject to change without notice.
b) We cannot make changes to an order once it has been submitted (including size, product, or address updates).
c) Orders cannot be combined after checkout.
d) Adding items to your cart does not reserve inventory; stock is confirmed only once payment is completed.
e) If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, that item will be refunded, and remaining products will ship as normal.
f) Sales restrictions may apply to specific products or order types.

CANCELLATIONS ON STANDARD PRODUCTS & ORDERS
We cannot accept cancellations on standard orders once placed. All special event and sale orders are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted for these orders.

CANCELLATION POLICY ON CUSTOM PROJECTS, WHOLESALE ORDERS, PRIVATE LABEL & BULK ORDERS
ALL WHOLESALE ORDERS & SALES ARE FINAL – NO CANCELLATIONS OR REFUNDS

All wholesale orders, private-label orders, bulk-size orders, heavy-weight orders (99+ lbs), and/or custom project orders are final once approved and paid. Whether payment is made upfront or on terms, the order becomes binding upon approval.

Once an order is submitted and confirmed, no cancellations, refunds, partial refunds, or changes will be accepted for any reason. Orders are immediately integrated into Brew Glitter’s production, packaging, and scheduling queues.

Customers are expected to work closely with their Brew Glitter® sales representative before placing an order to confirm all details — including lead times, product specifications, quantities, and pricing.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts these terms in full.It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to review all policies available on the Brew Glitter® Terms & Conditions and FAQ pages prior to purchasing.

RUSH FEE TERMS & CONDITIONS
By purchasing and/or approving a Rush Fee Service, you acknowledge and agree that the Rush Fee is a non-refundable service charge applied to expedite your order’s processing, scheduling, and production. Once approved and paid, your order is immediately prioritized in our production and/or packaging queues. This displaces other customer orders, reallocates labor, and triggers additional costs.

Because the expedited process begins immediately, all Rush Fee orders are final. No cancellations, refunds, or partial refunds will be accepted once a Rush Fee has been applied. No exceptions.

SHIPPING & LEAD TIMES
Free shipping is included for domestic orders delivered to one (1) location within the United States unless the order exceeds weight/volume thresholds (99 lbs+) that require freight shipping.

International orders do not qualify for free shipping. All international freight, duties, and taxes must be covered by the customer.Lead times for wholesale, private-label, bulk, or custom projects are generally 4–6 weeks, but may be longer depending on order size, seasonal demand, or production requirements. Lead times are estimates, not guarantees.

RETURNS
During special sales events or seasonal promotions, all sales are final and returns are not accepted. We cannot accept previously purchased products as returns to take advantage of current promotions.
