Once a "discovery fee" is paid, we collaborate closely with customers to assess the feasibility of their projects, ensuring that we can recreate the desired products effectively. Our team encourages clients to send samples of products they wish to replicate, allowing us to evaluate and refine formulations during the R&D phase.
We take pride in our commitment to quality and safety, operating under rigorous standards, including SQF Level 3 certification. This certification underscores our dedication to maintaining high-quality manufacturing processes and food safety practices. The R&D phase typically takes 2-4 weeks approximately, during which we create two rounds of live product samples to ensure that the flavor and taste meet customer expectations. After final SKU approval, clients can move forward with custom orders, confident in our ability to deliver high-quality dry products that align with their vision.
