During Black Friday, Small Business Saturday & Cyber Monday sales events our warehouse will be working around the clock but processing and turnaround time will be longer than usual. Expect 3-4 day processing time + shipping time. No expedited processing exceptions will be made during the Holiday Sale rush.

Once your order leaves our facility, the time it takes to arrive depends on the carrier you selected. One way to stay on top of your order is to look out for the shipping confirmation. It comes with a tracking number that allows you know the estimated time of arrival!

When we run certain deals and promotions, it is common that a product can exist TWICE on our website. One with the standard and normal price, while the other "same" product is the sale price or "deal" price.

Additionally, you may find that a BOGO coupon code as an example doesn't work on one product, but does work on the other. For the same reason as described previously where it is common that a product can exist TWICE on our website. As a result, the original and/ or standard listing you may find won't work with a particular coupon code, like a BOGO discount code, but that same BOGO discount code WILL work with "deal listing" that is being advertised for certain Holidays or other promotional sales.

Here at Brew Glitter our team works around the clock to make sure the most current sales and coupon codes are listed for you to find. That being said, we have a HUGE website and sometimes coupon codes get left up after they are no longer valid. If a sale has ended, Brew Glitter is not required to honor any coupon codes associated with that sale. A sure way to check if a sale has ended is by checking the launch and end date in the welcome message! Also, staying up to date by signing up for our e-mail list is the best way to stay current on our amazing deals so you don't miss a thing!

You may find that a BOGO coupon code (or other discount code) doesn't work on a specific product. There could be a couple reasons for that;

1) It is common that a product can exist TWICE on our website. This is intentional, the original and/ or standard listing you may find won't work with a particular coupon code, like a BOGO discount code, but that same BOGO discount code WILL work with "deal listing" that looks identical to the standard listing but in fact it is a listing being advertised for certain Holidays or other promotional sales, therefore discount codes can work with this product - if it is meant to do so.

There will be no price adjustments made to orders placed before/after the sale. Codes cannot be applied after a purchase has been completed. We cannot accommodate any changes to orders once they are placed - including size or address changes. We cannot combine orders for any reason, including reaching a higher discount tier.

We've set up our "business-to-business" pricing model to include wholesale products at cost and that range anywhere from 50% to 80% off our retail price to ensure that we offer our business partners, distributors and retail partners the best wholesale prices. Accordingly, please note that promotional discount codes cannot be applied to any of our wholesale and/or private label products & orders. In the event that a promotional code is used and/ or applied to an order where there are wholesale and/ or private label products listed as part of the order, the discount amount applied to said products will be removed and refunded. We have a ZERO tolerance policy on this exclusion.

Brew Glitter LLC hereby reserves the right to remove the unauthorized discount(s) applied by the customer at checkout and a member of our Sales Support Team will reach out directly to inform you of the policy and the refunded amount.

When you buy in Bulk from (website), you're buying individual bulk units of product at a significant discount to that of our retail pricing. The big differentiator is that when you buy Wholesale or Private Label, you're buying a case of product which provides even more of a discount. Please note that Bulk promo codes cannot be used on wholesale cases because the discounts on wholesale are already worked into the case price.

We will not accept previous sold products/ orders as returns in order to take advantage of the Preview Sale, Black Friday, Small Business Saturday & Cyber Monday sales events.

BrewGlitter.com reserves the right to change item pricing or information at any time. As a result, prices on our website may not be accurate. If an item is ordered off of the internet before we have updated our prices, the purchaser will be notified and given the option to cancel or pay the difference. If the price of an item is lowered after a purchase is made, Bakell.com will not refund the difference to the customer.
