HOLIDAY SHIPPING: All orders placed as "priority" or "expedited" shipping will ship from our facilities within ONE business day!
Any order where a "PRIORITY" shipping method is selected or an "EXPEDITED" shipping method is selected, that order will ship out from our facility and handed off to the shipping carrier within ONE business day (excluding saturdays & sundays) regardless of shipping carrier type selected. Please note, that although we will ship your package from our facility within ONE business day where at that point we will hand off your package to the shipping carrier, the shipping carrier may also take one day to scan your package before actually shipping your item because of the high volume of orders being shipped.

Shipping Late Times Related to Covid19 Impact
Please note that all shipping times are estimates. Due to the carriers being understaffed and overwhelmed by the massive increase in volume due to COVID19, Bakell is unable to refund shipping costs at this time.
STANDARD, FREE, or GROUND SHIPPING: All orders where the standard, free or ground shipping option is chosen will take 1-3 Days to Process + Shipping
Due to the high demand, ALL orders placed during the holidays, meaning orders placed from 11/26/2020 through 1/1/2021, will have a processing time of 1-3 days + the shipping method ETA selected. Please note, our warehouse will be working around the clock but processing and turnaround time will be longer than usual. Expect 1-3 day processing time + ship time. So the right way to think about it is, we need 1-3 days to process, pack and fulfill your order and at that point we will pass off your order to the shipping carrier you selected who will then deliver your package/ order based on the ETA you selected when checking out.
** No expedited processing exceptions will be made during the Holiday Sale rush unless an "expedited" or "priority" shipping method is chosen, nor will any shipping modifications be made after your is placed

When Choosing "FREE SHIPPING" As Your Shipping Method

USPS is having challenges over the last 60-90 days because of the COVID-19 impact thus resulting in a lack of staff/ resources as stated on the there website (click here) which is causing delays to customer packages across the USA & Internationally. What's happening is the USPS tracker indicates that the order/ package is in a status of "Pre-Shipment" and then suddenly the status changes to "your package will be delivered tomorrow before 10am" OR it will say "your order is currently out for delivery." In most cases, the Pre Shipment status will change to "your order is out for delivery" as that is happening 9 times out of 10 at the moment.
When Choosing "USPS PRIORITY (2-3) " As Your Shipping Method
Priority Mail's two-day and three-day service commitments will be extended to three days and four days, respectively. No refunds will be issued to customers who use this option if the reason for their refund request is because the date of their event or when the product is needed is missed as we cannot control the USPS delays due to COVID-19.

I understand some of my mail delivery may be delayed? Why?
Postal Service Priority Mail® products and First-Class® packages may temporarily require more time to be delivered due to limited transportation availability as a result of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
When will this happen?
This change is effective April 17, 2020.
How will this affect delivery of Priority Mail?
Priority Mail's two-day and three-day service commitments will be extended to three days and four days, respectively. Customers will continue to receive improved product tracking and as much as $50 in free insurance through USPS. Contact USPS for more information, click here.
Will this affect delivery of Priority Mail Express®?
Priority Mail Express service, which guarantees overnight service, and one-day service commitments for Priority Mail will not change.
Will First-Class Mail be delayed too?
There is no impact to First-Class letters and flats. However, First-Class Package Service® two and three day service commitments will be extended to three and four days respectively.
Is mail still being sent to other countries?
